We all have "firsts" happen to us in life. Our first word (which btw, I have absolutely no idea what mine was), first best friend, first prom, first kiss, first car... a lot of memorable days, permanently sketched into our mind as a day we'll "never forget." Today, I had a first I'm certain I'll forget. It seems like in our day to day rituals that we get involved in as we grow up always seem to become such a routine that we don't get to experience many 'firsts' anymore. Wake up. Shower. Drive to work. Work. Sometimes go straight to school. Dinner. TV or Homework for an hour. Sleep. Same routine the next day, not to mention while at work, the same mundane tasks are performed daily. I decided to be a rebel today. Besides my usual facebook-ing and occasional visits to tmz.com, I thought I needed an extra 'push' to get me through work, providing a little more entertainment and making time pass a little faster. While I love my job, and honestly couldn't see myself in another career, it still becomes repetitive (sometimes even boring) at times. After a conversation with my sister in law this weekend at Chili's I decided to take the plunge... I did it... I subscribed to a blog.. and this ladies and gentlemen, is my first blog posting... as boring as it may be, hopefully I'll get the hang of this "blogging". welcome visitors...
Im excited! I will definitely read your blog :)
